Freshly caught fishes are sent to Supreme Frozen within 1 to 2 days after it is caught.
The fishes are then descaled, gutted and cut to thin fish slices by Supreme Frozen’s profesionally trained staff.
After the fishes have been portioned, they are flash frozen using our flash freezer to ensure the fish is frozen in the fastest possible time to maintain the freshness of the fish.
When the portioned fishes are frozen, they are immediately vacuum packed using a vacuum packing machine to ensure that it is not exposed to air and bacteria and stored in the freezer until delivery.
