  • What is the delivery schedule?

    Monday - Saturday

  • When will I receive my goods after placing order?

    If you place your order before 6pm, your order will be delivered the next day (No deliveries on Sunday)

  • What is the minimum order?

    There is no minimum order.

  • How do i get Free Delivery?

    To get free delivery, your order needs to be RM200 and above.

  • Are your items fresh?

    We sell fresh and frozen items. We do our best to give you the best quality. If you found that your items are not fresh, you can let us know to exchange the goods.

  • I have missing items, what do I do?

    Inform our team immediately to get the missing items sent over again.

    You can contact us through the website chatbot, Facebook message or by WhatsApp.

  • Can I choose the delivery time?

    You can remark your delivery time, but there is no promises that we can deliver it following your time.
    However we try our best to cater to your delivery time.

  • I have already placed an order, can I change the delivery date?

    Yes you can! Please inform us immediately if you want to change your delivery time.

  • I have already placed an order, can I add on items?

    Yes this can be done. All you need to do is get in contact with us and inform us what you want to add. We will assist you from there.

  • Can I have my goods delivered together with another person?

    Yes you can, but you will have to check out using the same account/ same bill. We will not combine multiple bills for you.

  • Spend over RM180 (KL & Selangor) or RM200 (Outstation) to have it delivered to your doorstep for free!
